SHIPPING POLICY

 After placing your order, please allow 72 hours for your order to be processed.  Once processed, you shall receive your order from USPS Priority Mail in 3 to 5 business days. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 8 pm EST. Please email shipping@sissynmeboutique.com to inquire about the status of your order. Weekends orders will be processed that following Monday. All express shipments are processed by 5 pm EST.

 LOST PACKAGES

 After tracking your package and if there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit, please call USPS immediately. We will contact USPS right away and will begin the investigation immediately. The investigation can take up to 8 to 10 business days. SissynMeBoutique will not resend or refund a package that shows Delivered on USPS.

RETURN POLICY

 SissynMeBoutique mission is to give you Quality products you fall in love with as well as provide great customer service! All purchases are final. We will accept returns for any defective items in exchange for store credit only. All returns will be of the final purchase price on your original receipt within 7 days of purchase. The shipping fee is nonrefundable. All products must be returned in their original new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, original packaging, and new condition for store credit.  EXCHANGE POLICY

 We will only exchange defective items.  All products must be returned in their original new condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, original packaging, and in resale, condition to exchange. Please contact us at exchange@sissynmeboutique.com for exchange instructions. It will be best to email us for exchange before your package is shipped to you. During sales, we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final. We recommend that you send your package via US Postal Insured Priority Mail as we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a tracking number when sending back any items. Exchanges will be processed between 2-5 days. If you know what you will like to exchange for we recommend that you advise us before returning the item(s). We will process your exchange and new order all at once.
